Consolidation Meeting Minutes

                                                                             April 19, 2006

The meeting came to order at 7 PM with the following brethren in attendance:

Robert Gillahan, Donald Rogerson, Chester Davis Jr., Carleton Sanborn, Bill Reese and Peter Danforth

The following items were discussed:

• Bylaws meeting minutes from the meeting held on April 13, 2006
• Bylaws to date as recommended by the Bylaws Committee
• Meeting held on April 15, 2006 between Chester Davis Jr. and Steven Mairs, Master of the newly consolidated Augusta Lodge # 141
• Voting for consolidation for Star in the East Lodge #60
• Meeting held between Jerry Leighton and Chester Davis Jr. held on April 15, 2006.
• Training session for District Deputies and District Reps. held on April 15, 2006.

• The next meeting of the Star in the East – Mechanics Consolidation Committee will be held in Old Town on May 10, 2006 at 7:00 PM.

• Meeting adjourned at 9:30 PM.
