Consolidation Meeting Minutes

                                                                             May 10, 2006

The meeting came to order at 7 PM with the following brethren in attendance:

       Chester Davis Jr., Bill Reese and Peter Danforth

The following items were discussed:

• Bylaws – Completed copy from bylaws committee meeting held on May 7, 2006
• Naming – Results submitted by the naming committee
• Minutes from last committee meeting held on April 19, 2006.
• Building committee suggestions

• Meeting adjourned at 7:40 PM.

It was noted the participation level has dwindled drastically since the first meeting of this committee. The members present are concerned as to the meaning of this lack of importance members have portrayed recently through their attendance. The committee also feels there is no reason to meet again until after both lodges have voted on the consolidation and if the vote is in favor, then another meeting should be called at that time. This undoubtedly would be no earlier than mid September 2006.
