A meeting of the Pine Tree Square & Compass Club was held at the home of Carleton Sanborn with three members present. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Chester Davis Jr. at 19:00 hours.
The Secretary’s report was read for the November 3rd meeting and was accepted as read.
The Treasurer’s report was not available.
OLD BUSINESS:
There has not been a response from the key club at the high school as yet to set a date for a thank you diner.
Club breakfast has not been discussed with all parties involved so that a starting date might be set for the breakfast to start.
NEW BUSINESS:
Key club diner has been postponed indefinitely.
Attendance for club meetings was discussed.
Help for the club diners that the club puts on for the lodge were discussed. Their has been little help with them as for as clean up.
Raffle tickets are being collected and will be drawn at the 1st Annual Christmas party at the lodge in December.
Meeting adjourned at 20:00 hours. Refreshments followed.
