A meeting of the Pine Tree Square & Compass Club was held at the home of Peter Bosse with five members present. The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Peter Bosse at 19:00 hours.
The Secretary’s report was read for the November monthly meeting and was accepted as read.
The Treasurer’s report was not available.
OLD BUSINESS:
Incorporation was discussed no corporation papers as of yet.
Peter Bosse will discuss Saturday morning public breakfast at the next annual lodge meeting.
Both new pots have been delivered to the kitchen.
NEW BUSINESS:
Applications for two new members Rubin Lemelin and Chester Davis were voted on and a positive vote was returned.
FUND RAISERS:
It was voted to have a raffle to consist of three prizes. (1) $250.00 gift certificate from Hannaford Brothers, (2) 200 dollars of heating fuel oil to be paid to the winners fuel company, and (3) 50.00 cash.
It was voted to have the print shop print 1200 tickets for the raffle. They will be sold books of 6 for $5.00 or $1.00 each. Consisting of only 200 books. March 15 drawing date 2005.
Two large stainless steel bowls were donated to the kitchen by Chester Davis.
Meeting adjourned at 21:00 hours. Refreshments followed.
