A meeting of the Pine Tree Square & Compass Club was held at the home of Chester Davis with seven members present. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Stanley Fish IV at 19:00 hours.
The Secretary’s report was read for the January 2005 monthly meeting and was accepted as read.
The Treasurer’s report was not available.
OLD BUSINESS:
There was information available on Incorporation. We have been incorporated as a not for profit organization and have received notification of that fact.
Saturday morning breakfast plans are being furthered.
NEW BUSINESS:
Peter Danforth voted in as a new member of the club.
Elected a committee to meet with the Star in the East Lodge and the Eastern Star Katahadin Chapter to discuss future plans for the Kitchen.
The committee will consist of 3 members Carleton Sanborn, Peter Bosse, and Chellis Sanborn.
The monthly meeting was adjourned and an annual meeting to elect officers for the insueing year followed.
The annual meeting was called to order by Chairperson Stanley Fish IV.
