A meeting of the Pine Tree Square & Compass Club was held at the home of Carleton Sanborn with seven members present. The meeting was called to order by Vice Chairperson Peter Bosse at 19:00 hours.
The Secretary’s report was read for the December 2004 monthly meeting and was accepted as read.
The Treasurer’s report was not available.
OLD BUSINESS:
There was no further information available on Incorporation or Saturday morning breakfast.
NEW BUSINESS:
Distribution of raffle tickets amongst the members present.
Robert Miles was in the hospital with a throat operation. A get well card was signed by the members present and put in the mail that evening.
Financial reports for the lodge discussed. Star in the East website is up and running. The domain name is www.starintheeast60.org.
Meeting adjourned at 20:30 hours. Refreshments followed.
