Kitchen Committee Meeting
February 09, 2006
The meeting was called to order by Chester Davis at 7:00 p.m. with six members present.
Chester Davis, Carleton Sanborn, Peter Danforth, Robert Miles, Bill Reese, Mary Jane Marquis.
The question was asked of each member present where the committee was going. Each answered with their own answer of what they would like to see the committee accomplish.
The breakfasts are scheduled at 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. starting the fourth Saturday of the month. The schedule will be as follows:
March 28th – Bill Reese, Mary Jane Marquis, Robert Miles, Chester Davis, Carleton and Doreen
Sanborn
April 22nd – May 20th June 24th
July 22nd August 26th
A buffet style breakfast consisting of scramble eggs, bacon, sausage, beans biscuits, coffee, tea, orange juice.
Advertising will be in the Bangor Daily News, the Weekly Shopper, Posters in stores, announcement in church and community calendar bulletin board on TV.
Some of the items needed for the kitchen are new prep tables, warming table, dishwasher, cutting boards.
A joint checking account was discussed between the AREME Club and the Pine Tree Square and Compass Club.
The next meeting of the kitchen committee will be held 16, March 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lodge Hall.
