A meeting of the Pine Tree Square & Compass Club was held at the home of Carleton Sanborn with five members present. The meeting was called to order by Vice Chair Peter Bosse at 19:00 hours.
The Secretary’s report was read for the October monthly meeting and was accepted as read.
The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted.
OLD BUSINESS:
We were informed that we were incorporated and are waiting for the final paper work.
NEW BUSINESS:
Dinner was successful.
Several fund raisers were discussed.
Laptops for Aaron’s platoon was discussed.
A thank you card was sent to Alice Miles for her help with the meal.
It was voted to buy two large pots for the lodge kitchen.
Utensils for the kitchen were also discussed.
FUND RAISERS:
1. Public Dinner – meatloaf, spaghetti, chicken pot pie.
2. Raffle of 200 gallons of fuel oil, $250.00 gift certificate for groceries, and 50.00 cash.
3. It was also discussed to join forces with the lodge by having a public breakfast one Saturday a month with the proceeds to be dedicated to revitalization of the kitchen.
Meeting adjourned at 20:30 hours.
