A meeting of the Pine Tree Square & Compass Club was held at the home of Chester Davis Jr., with 5 members present. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Chester Davis Jr. at 19:00 hrs.
The secretary’s report was read for the month of October 2005 and accepted as read.
The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted as read.
Old Business:
Square and Compass dinner for EA Degree October 17th .
Harry Potter book raffle not going well.
Club Logo design is still ongoing.
Key Club dinner is postponed one week to 12th November 2005.
Each club member was to be mailed three books of raffle tickets to sell for Harry Potter Book Raffle.
Club breakfast on Saturday a month. Kitchen committee to meet, time to be scheduled.
New Business
Discuss advertising for breakfast.
Coffee break Saturday to be brought up before the Lodge for discussion.
Motion for chest freezer to be brought up before the Lodge.
Meeting adjourned at 19:35 hours.
