A meeting of the Pine Tree Square & Compass Club was held at the Home of Robert Miles with 5 members present. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Chester Davis Jr. at 19:00 hrs.
The secretary’s report was read for the month of Sept 2005 and accepted as read with one minor change.
The Treasurer’s report was read and accepted as read. T
Old Business:
Cost for Harry Potter books for raffle was discussed.
New Business
Design new logo for the club, mason’s serving the community will be the theme.
Key club thank you dinner. parents and advisors are to be included, Nov 5, 2005
Time to be set later.
Breakfast one per month starting first of the year.
Brian Stoyell application approved.
Kitchen committee meeting to be set.
Meeting adjourned at 20:00 hours.
