The annual meeting was called to order by Chairperson Chester Davis Jr. at 20:45 hrs.
He called for the election of officers for the ensuing year. Chester Davis Jr. was elected to Chairperson. Carroll Spencer was elected to Vice-Chairperson, Carleton was elected to
Secretary and Robert Miles returned as Treasurer.
The Secretary will notify Mr. Ray Bradford of the changes of officers and the change of address so he might notify the State of Maine for the corporation status.
A up dated address list of members will be made at the next stated meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 21:00 hours.
