The monthly meeting was held at the home of Chester Davis Jr. with 4 members present.
The meeting was called to order at 19:00 hrs. by Chairperson Chester Davis Jr.
The Secretary’s report was read for the January 5, 2006 meeting and approved as read.
The Treasurer’s report was also read and accepted as read. It was also reported that a deposit had been made from the 2 dinners that the club had hosted.
Monthly public breakfast are to start in March of 2006, six people from the club are to share a rotating schedule for that breakfast.
Cutting boards were discussed for the kitchen, a 9.5 x 15 inch, a 16 x 24 inch and a 16 x 30 inch
have been recommended. Carleton will ask Lance if he has the ability to build them for us.
The Kitchen Committee will meet on February 9, 2006 for the next meeting.
The treasurer will order new checks for the club the address will change on the checks to 191 Brunswick Street.
The address for the Club will change to Pine Tree Square & Compass Club, 191 Brunswick Street, Old Town, Me. 04468. This will allow all mail for the secretary and the treasure to go to the same address.
Fund raisers and membership for the club were discussed with no new ideas arising.
The March meeting will be hosted by Peter Bosse, Robert Miles will host for the April meeting
And Carleton Sanborn will host the May and June meetings.
