The monthly meeting was held at the home of Carleton Sanborn with 5 members present.
The meeting was called to order at 19:00 hrs. by Vice Chairperson, Carroll Spencer.
The Secretary’s report was read for the February 2, 2006 meeting and approved as read.
The Treasurer’s report was also read and accepted as read. The treasurer also announced new checks had been received.
Old Business:
The past history and projects of the club were discussed.
New Business:
50/50 tickets will be sold at breakfast and dinners that are put on by the club.
The breakfast will start on the 4th Saturday of March at 7:30 to 10 a.m. Advertising for the breakfast will be responsibility of the kitchen committee.
Workers for the club will be Doreen and Carleton for the Lodge Robert Miles, Chester Davis, for the Star Bill Reese, Mary Jane Marquis.
A motion was made by Carleton Sanborn that the club buy the pins for the widows and pin presentation. Motion was tabled for further discussion until the April meeting.
A new stainless steel pot had been purchased for the kitchen by The Star.
Meeting adjourned at 20:15 hrs.
