Attendees: Chester Davis Jr., Robert Miles, Peter Danforth, and Peter Bosse
The meeting was held at the home of Chester Davis Jr. The meeting was called to order by Chairperson Chester Davis Jr. at 7:00 P.M. Chairperson Davis read the September report. The minutes for the Sept., 2006 meeting were voted on and approved. The treasurer’s report was read
and approved.
Old Business: According to the club’s bylaws, the Vice Chair-Person is responsible for taking the minutes until a new person is elected Secretary at the annual meeting.
New Business:
The raffle was discussed. It was agreed that we would sell tickets at the District Meeting to help push the raffle along somewhat. .
Peter Bosse volunteered to hold a pie day at the lodge. Other fun ideas discussed were: A hat day, scoop-a-bowl, a game day, a Mexican fiesta day and a movie afternoon.
The meeting closed at 8:00 PM.
