Consolidation Committees
- Bylaws: Chair –
Chad Smith, Mark Libby, Bill Reese, Robert Miles
- Duties:
To formulate a set of bylaws for the newly formed lodge. To work in
conjunction with all other committees. To present a rough draft to the
consolidation committee chairperson no later than April 28, 2006.
- Charity: Chair –
Randy Elliott, Gilles Girard, Bill Oliver, Charles Norburg Jr.
- Duties: To draft a set of rules and regulations for the operation of the Charity
Committee of the newly formed lodge, including who will serve on the
committee. To present a rough draft to the bylaws committee chairperson
on or before April 14, 2006.
- Building: Chair
– Chellis Sanborn, Fred Otto, Carroll Spencer, Jamie Campbell
- Duties:
To set up parameters for the governing body that will oversee the
operations of the building and properties of the newly formed lodge. To
present a rough draft to the bylaws committee chairperson on or before
April 14, 2006.
- Naming: Chair –
Seth Libby, Cecil Simon, Harold Chute, Charlie Johnson
- Duties:
To solicit the membership of both lodges’ suggestions for a name for the
newly formed lodge. The name should be a common representation of both
lodges. To present a rough draft to the bylaws committee chairperson on
or before April 14, 2006.
